Was approved by phone, told to go to local office to receive card on two different days, on the second day my son went 4x they absolutely refused, first stating we had to report card stolen which when called main number they said no number on ur case need to go to office. Called 211 told go to office when @office told 211 & main number don’t know procedures you have to wait for one to be insured, they refused to do anything and because we just were approved the day before we are not an emergency case so we have to wait to use benefits for 7days until someone assigns a number. No one at office wants to do their job not even the supervisor! Day before a huge storm freeze and not able to use benefits because I’m no longer considered an emergency care, wow no compassion or empathy at this location!
I need assistance with my medical doctor I have to doctors and I have an appointment that I cannot go to today I cannot pay from my medication I have medication at the pharmacy so waiting I need assistance I got food stamps I'm waiting for an employment I got laid off my husband got laid off.
