I work next door to the Avondale DES office at Estrella. I have a disabled individual in our skilled nursing area who is highly stressed out about wanting to go next door to "keep his case going" so it won't be closed. He is very obese and we do not have a wheelchair that he would be safe in. May we please set a phone appointment with you for Thursday or Friday 9-22 or 9-23? If necessary I can run next door and get documents you need signed, etc and bring them to the resident and return them to you. Thank you! How can I complete an interview when I call # at minimum of 20 times per day and have been told by automated machine that workers are unavailable and to call back. How am I supposed to complete interview by deadline that you gave me , when I am doing as instructed and CAN NOT REACH YOU?
