I have been calling the Chelten office for 2 weeks. I call the number several times was placed on hold each time 5-6 mins and then the call hangs up. This is upsetting on so many levels. what about the elderly who are unable to leave the house? What about the sick and shut in, the disable? There is no concern. Where are the managers?
