Benefits are issued (EBT) System by using the QUEST card.
Food assistance may be used to purchase food or seeds and plants to grow food for household use.
Applicants must provide the county with:
Proof of income and resources
Age
Social security number
Residence costs
Shelter costs
Work or school status
Cooperation with child support services is required.
