The ladies that are sitting at the front desk are very polite and friendly and very helpful but I was sitting there for 2 hours waiting on my card and then they said the system was down then they said they were having issues with the cards and then they said the computer was down and then right after they said that they came out and gave someone that just walked in there card and I've been waiting since 8:45am which is not right and then if you are going to lie about what the issues is then they all should have the same story so people need to do their jobs.
