I would like to make an address change and income change?

I missed a telephone interview on March 7th. I called the "universal" phone number--the (844)--several times to reschedule. I have been informed by the recording that I am Number 110 in line, Number 235 in line, Number 310 in line, and "call center closed." I have left return call numbers each time that I got the option. I have not received any return call. Clearly, this so-called "streamlined" system has a lot of kinks, not the least of which is the necessity for more people to be manning this "universal" line. What can one do to avoid having their case closed in a situation like this?
