The website to reapply for Medicaid is a nightmare. Trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone or in person is also a nightmare. Everything has been submitted, a determination reached, and after the determination I received another request to reapply and resubmit. The son on the application is not the same son on the determination letter. I called and spoke to someone about this and she assured me that everything was correct and up to date; the letter for my other son should be in the mail. It was not. There is still no trace on the website of my youngest son, either, though apparently he was approved - per our last phone call. Last year it took four months, many phone calls, several in-person visits, and FINALLY a dedicated worker to sort this. I am not looking forward to another four months of this.
