I've been trying to get help going on 2 months. I've called and called..left several messages for weeks. They don't return calls. I've been in such a financial bind from injuries and now have Covid. They didn't even look at my application for weeks. Till I left messages with people who I thought could help. I'm already disabled and feel like I have to beg and cry for help when I'm an American citizen. This is so so wrong. They are playing with people's lives and we'll being.
