My sister has no SNAP for 4 months WHY ? her paperwork was HAND DELIVERED BY ME in NOV,2023 you sent two letters saying you would call her one Oct.23 the other was for 1/11/2024 and y'all never called both times her name is ROBIN LISA HARRISON !! what is the real reason y'all do your jobs do all of need to be replaced ? her number is 731-589-0896 I know you got everything you need ! y'all just got lazy
