My son Logan James Schultz was kicked off of medicaid on December 1st because I am now making more money. This was during the process of us getting him tested for Autism. He was medically diagnosed with Autism last week and so now I would like to find out how to apply for a waiver for him to get back on medicaid. Thank You, Rachel Boswell
