I recently had to reapply for snap due to not receiving the recert paperwork that was sent. Not only was I able to get through right away, the 4 different reps I spoke to were all very professional and courteous. This is not always the case with state agencies however I was very pleased. I also got calls from them, even advising me that my main cell was unreachable which I appreciated and another call about a correction needed to be made for my last job status feedback they received which was incorrect but due to my last talk with the woman she knew I was not working or at least believed me which was true. Gave me an alternative way to get her my proof of employment status over to her. I just found this to be very refreshing. We all need help at some time and its nice that I did not feel in anyway that I was all wrong because of it. I told them this on phone too that I was really happy with the service.
Cant get through to anyone. Have called 8x and get hung up on.
