I t ried to apply on line with HealtheArizonaPlus They do not recognise me I do my username and password and they say answer the security questions and I never finished signing up in the first place so I don't have security questions to answer. I get thrown out with red boxes that read An error has occurred which is preventing the correct display of this page Please contact us for assistance Helpdesk Phone 1-855-432-7587. So I did and they dont recoginise me either Another box I got read The following error(s) has occurred Your profile has been inactive. Please contact your System administrator to active your profile. I'm super frustrated and need help applying for help with groceries and maybe medicare if I qualify. I'm 66 years old and on social security Can I have an appt? or do I just come into the office.
