My nephew, aged 59 DOB 09/02/1965, has moved in to Alabama, Lauderdale County, after he has had a stroke last October in TN. We have competed applications for his Food Assistance, Medicaid, (awaiting his birth certificate to get his AL driver's license) and will be gathering information for his disability. I'm NOT qualified tot do these things on my own and it be correct. I am looking for a Social Worker for him that can help with this process. An help is appreciated.
