I need to make an appointment in Mountain Grove Missouri to get help filling out application for Medicaid. I am older so it has been hard. I have a supplement with my Medicare.
I need to apply for medicaid and have no car, can you mail me an application for medicaid? I would be so grateful I don't get around very well and transportation is a issue as I don't have my own car, thank you if no can you tell me your general location? I'm new to this area.
