I have tried numerous times to call this office and each time I am put on hold then get message that they are busy with others and call back later and they hang up. Does not matter what time I call same thing happens. Impossible to get any one by phone at this office. I was supposed to get replacement Access card which I need now. Old card was deactivated even though I was told I could use old card until new card received. I have lost all of my SNAP and medicaid benefits and now have to cancel tests to see if I have cancer. Dr, told me I needed tests right away as it was important to allow treatment to begin while it would still help. Where can I go for help as this office is not available.
