I am trying to renew childcare benefits for my child that I am guardian of. Her case E is C821123. I have had guardianship of Raevyn since she was 4 months old and she is now 11 yrs old. I do not recieve foster child subsidy on her, but, part of the guardianship arrangement was that she would receive full coverag on her daycare (I'm a single parent) and soonercare. I was told because of the freeze she would not get daycare subsidy after march 31. then I received a letter in the mail saying she had been denied because I did not complete the paperwork. I tried but it wouldn't let me Her not receiving childcare subsidy is goign to be a bit of a hardship as I work in Tulsa, but we live in Broken arrow. Since we recetly moved (went from renting to owning) she is not in the school district this year that we live in -- so she cannot walk home or even ride the school bus home. If there is any wiggle room or misunderstanding regarding Raevyn;s childcare subsidy eligibiility I'd sure like to discuss this issue with a case worker, My number is 918-859-0092
