This Daniel Cafourek 054964968 15402 E 540 Road Colcord, OK 74338 Case #H562748 I am somewhat confused and need help. On 10/27/25 I completed renewal of SNAP Benefits, Reference 011964017. I receive a Notice of Approval for Food Benefits, dated11/03/25. Then I received an Interview Notice concerning SNAP that was to be before 11/5/25. It was dated 10/29/2025. Since I had already received the fNotice of Approval, I thought it was not necessary to call (405)52-5050, which has most always involved a long wait. Now I have received a Notice of Closure, dated 11/20/2025 , for my Medical Assistance Benefit, which closed on 12/01/2025. I didn't know I had Medical Assistance Vwnwdir. My question is, does this Notice of Closure affect my SNAP benefits? Please let me know the answer at your earliest convenience. Should my SNAP Benefits been closed, please let me know how to renew my SNAP Benefits. Thank you very much. Daniel Cafourek
