Dear Case Manager I am addressing a concern for a client you support, I have tried to call you all and left message but no one called me back, She does not know her case managers phone number. she does not have anybody to help her, .She lives by herself and needs a floor in her kitchen floor, heat system repaired, conditioner, a stove and she has many health problems and needs somebody to come in maybe two days a week help her out and she also has problems with her water. I wanted to apply for Medicare if Virginia and for food stamps. I just moved out here from Pennsylvania and I do have Medicare out in Pennsylvania with gateway health care and no I don’t not have food stamps. But I would like to apply for food stamps as well. I have a 10 month old baby girl and I am pregnant now again. I would just like to know what I have to do?
