Why is it impossible to get a hold of someone at DPSS, let alone the office in DHS, CA, Ive called and called and called for the past few weeks. All the repetitive entering, then if you get a human, they will say Ill be right back, and leave you on hold til you disconnect. Theres no way to contact you through email or the phone, dont have any extensions, although you can leave a voice mail,,,, on the main line, been waiting for a call back.
