In August of this year & before I moved, I went on my DSSPass account to change my address. I did it in apple time so that any forms I need to fill out will be sent to my new address. Well, they didn't get my new address update so, after I moved and several phone calls, I found out that I was very late in getting my QR7 form for the month of October and it was due the day I imagined about it! I asked for another form to fill out sent to my new address and I received it a few days later. Because of the lateness of me doing beforehand, I uploaded it on their new BenefitsCal website. Then, the next day, I called to see if they received it. The phone call took so long for me to talk to someone, I had to hang up because I had a dentist appointment. So, I called Wednesday, and after waiting 3 he's. I finally got through to talk to someone. They received my form but, I had to wait on the G.R. supervisor to call me back. Everything was fine for me to receive my $240.00 until I made the mistake of answering questions that was not on the form. After answering her questions, she gave me less than the amount i was supposed to get! She gave me $96.01!!!
