I received a payment for a customer from the LIHWAP. I usually get paperwork before I get the check. I didn't get any paperwork to know who's account this is for. I need someone from your office to call me so we can get this money applied to their water/sewer account. I have tried to call your office and each time that I get transfered the call gets dropped for some reason.
