I received notification I had to renew my Medicare benefits by 3/31 of this year. To date I have NOT received my renewal forms. I have attempted to renew my benefits via the COMPASS website for 2 weeks now, but every single attempt keeps kicking me out saying either my password and user name are invalid or that no such record exists. Every attempt I have made to renew benefits by telephone just moves me from one menu to another which waste time and wind up being no help at all. Are there any HUMAN BEINGS at home?!? What do I do?
